Festival of Lights

If you were at the Festival of Lights last night, we trust you had an enjoyable evening. We were delighted that some of our children were asked to take part in the community lantern parade.
Diwali – Making Diya Lamps

This week the Brown Bears have been learning about Diwali. We have also talked about the special times we celebrate with our families at home. The children had great fun making their own Diya lamps out of clay and decorating them with glitter, sequins and paint. Happy Diwali!
DAC Beachcroft Volunteers
October 19, 2017
A massive thank you to colleagues from DAC Beachcroft for their work today in our secret wildlife garden. Paving has been laid for a fire pit and a shed, while posts have been erected for tarpaulin to be added to create a shelter.
Harvest Donations

A trip to the supermarket after school yesterday to choose what she would like to donate towards the Harvest collection. A very generous bag full of items. Donations are being received until Friday. Thank you for your support.
Wish Campaign 2017

Friends of Bridgewater are collecting Wish Campaign tokens. They are printed in the Evening Chronicle from tomorrow (11th October).
