Primary Engineer
This year children in Year 1 and Year 3 have been taking part in a project called “Primary Engineer”. In this project children had to work in pairs to design and make a moving vehicle.
On Saturday, four lucky children went with Mrs Robson, Miss Cameron and Mrs Maughan to take part in a celebration event to compete with other primary schools and share their work.
We were very proud of all of the children who took part and who gave up their time on a Saturday to represent Bridgewater. They were all very enthusiastic in sharing their hard work and both of their vehicles travelled very well in all of the tests.
We were also very pleased that the two girls from Year 3 won their part of the competition and will now go on to enter the regional finals! We wish them luck!
